Mike has been part of the Heritage family since April 2014. He started as a Sales and Marketing Director at Traditions of Hershey and became the Executive Director in November of 2018. Mike joined Senior Commons as the Executive Director in October of 2021. Mike's favorite part of his role is connecting with the residents, their families and inspiring the team everyday. Mike lives in Lancaster with his wife, two daughters and dog (Gus).

Lyn Rosenzweig
Assistant Executive Director
Lyn joined the Heritage family in November 2022. She has 6 years experience working as an Assistant Executive Director and Executive Director as well as a background in home health and hospice. Lyn’s favorite part of her role is bettering the resident’s lives every day she has the privilege of coming to work. Lyn lives in York with her dog (Tex).

Michelle Poole
Marketing Director
Michelle brings with her a varied background, including Director of Community Outreach at an area law firm, Volunteer Coordinator for a national hospice provider, years of experience serving the public in the municipal sector, and experience as an activities coordinator at a nursing care facility. Her experience uniquely positions her to further Senior Commons’ mission of providing top-quality independent living, personal care, and memory care for area seniors. She is married to William H. Poole, Jr., the mother of two daughters, two step-sons, and four wonderful grandchildren.

Kelly Golden
Marketing Director
Kelly has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and customer service. The favorite part of her job at Senior Commons is spending time with residents and getting to know them. Helping seniors achieve a higher quality of life is what motivates her. Her pride and joy is her daughter Olivia. She is also passionate about helping animals and supporting local rescues. She is a 1983 Graduate of Dallastown High School and has lived in this area most of her life.

Amanda Runkle
Business Office Manager
Amanda has over 20 years of experience in customer service and office management positions. She has two grown children, Devin and Elli and two grandchildren, Mason and Huxson. She loves the Dallas Cowboys and enjoys spending Sunday afternoons watching the games. In her spare time she is a wedding coordinator for a venue in New Oxford. She gets great satisfaction helping people in any way that can make their lives easier and happier.

Kathleen Schaffer
Business Office Assistant
Kathleen has been at Senior Commons for 25 years. She married her best friend and high school sweetheart 32 years ago. She has a son and one granddaughter. Spending time with family is very important to her and she enjoys cooking, baking and trying new recipes. In their free time, she likes to kayak, hike and ride motorcycles.

Maureen Rittenhouse
Director of Resident Life
Maureen has been an activity Director for over 35 years with the last five at senior commons. She truly believes in what she does and is passionate about providing fun, quality filled activities for her residents. In her spare time she loves , camping, gardening, raising chickens and spending time with her family.
