Mike has been part of the Heritage family since April 2014. He started as a Sales and Marketing Director at Traditions of Hershey and became the Executive Director in November of 2018. Mike joined Senior Commons as the Executive Director in October of 2021. Mike's favorite part of his role is connecting with the residents, their families and inspiring the team everyday. Mike lives in Lancaster with his wife, two daughters and dog (Gus).

Lyn Rosenzweig
Assistant Executive Director
Lyn joined the Heritage family in November 2022. She has 6 years experience working as an Assistant Executive Director and Executive Director as well as a background in home health and hospice. Lyn’s favorite part of her role is bettering the resident’s lives every day she has the privilege of coming to work. Lyn lives in York with her dog (Tex).
Patti Centiole-Cunningham
Memory Care Director
Memory Care Director- Patti Centiole-Cunningham is a certified dementia practitioner, who graduated from Shippensburg University, with a BA in Sociology/Gerontology, minoring in Psychology & Anthropology. She has experience in the Human Service field ranging from Mental Health Case Management and Crisis Center Regional Director for Developmental Disabilities. She loves her time with Memory Care residents because it gives her a true sense of purpose and satisfaction. She is meticulous and enjoys providing personalized care and specialized programming. She feels communication is a priority with resident families.
Kelly Golden
Marketing Director
Kelly has over 20 years’ experience in marketing and customer service. The favorite part of her job at Senior Commons is spending time with residents and getting to know them. Helping seniors achieve a higher quality of life is what motivates her. Her pride and joy is her daughter Olivia. She is also passionate about helping animals and supporting local rescues. She is a 1983 Graduate of Dallastown High School and has lived in this area most of her life.
Dana Adams
Marketing Director
Dana brings with her over 31 years serving York County as an advocate and community volunteer for various senior organizations. She is a dementia Friend and enjoys helping seniors to eliminate stress in every way she can. She cherishes time with her husband Ross and their son Sammy, she is passionate about making a difference in her community.
Gilbert Reinhart
Business Office Manager
Business Office Manager- Gilbert Reinhart has his master’s in public history and has been enjoying collaborating with Senior Citizens for a little under a decade. He enjoys coaching baseball, and traveling with his wife Ashely and their children, Lily, and Mason. They have one dog named Minnie.
Kathleen Schaffer
Business Office Assistant
Kathleen has been at Senior Commons for 25 years. She married her best friend and high school sweetheart 32 years ago. She has a son and one granddaughter. Spending time with family is very important to her and she enjoys cooking, baking and trying new recipes. In their free time, she likes to kayak, hike and ride motorcycles.
Maureen Rittenhouse
Director of Resident Life
Maureen has been an activity Director for over 35 years with the last five at senior commons. She truly believes in what she does and is passionate about providing fun, quality filled activities for her residents. In her spare time she loves , camping, gardening, raising chickens and spending time with her family.
Jessica Pies
Director of Culinary Services
Jess has been working in the senior food service industry for over 20 years. It was her first job in high school and she quickly found her niche. She is passionate about making residents happy serving delicious, high-quality food accompanied with personal service catering to each resident. My love of cooking came from years of watching and learning from my mom who always cooked homemade food from the heart. In her spare time, she likes to spend it with family, including my loving husband and three fur-babies.
Jamie Groff
Maintenance Director
Jamie has 20 years’ experience in management and maintenance in senior living communities. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching baseball, and racing dirt bikes. He is a valuable attribute to our community.
