Arlington Court provides fully-furnished private rooms. Rosewood Court residents have the choice of furnished private or semi-private rooms. All rooms come with the following amenities:
- 24-hour personal care — based on a 4 levels-of-care system
- 24-hour nursing personnel on duty
- Medication administration and monitoring, as assessed
- Assistance with dressing, bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Three family-style meals, including special diets, and evening snack served daily
- Laundry, linen and housekeeping services
- Daily routine activities with programs until 8 pm weekdays
- Escorted recreational outings
- Cable TV (except premium channels)
- Mail and newspaper delivered to room
- Spacious activity and dining room
